Referral Terms and Conditions

1. Program Duration:
   • The referral program is subject to management's decision and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility Criteria:
   • Only unique visitors who have not previously visited our site through any other reference, Google search, ads, etc., are eligible for valid referral.
   • Visitors who have previously registered with their mobile number/Email id are not considered for referral.
   • Visitors who were already referred by you viewed job, but later were referred by someone else and registered using that job/referral, would be overwritten as registered referral and he would not be considered as your referral visitor. Final rights are reserved with management.
3. Monthly Payouts:
   • Management reserves the right to introduce an upper cap on monthly payouts without notice, and any unused referral rewards may not be carried forward to the next month.
4. Payout Methods:
   • Payouts may be issued in the form of cash, discount coupons, vouchers, or any other format determined by the management.
   • The payout feature is currently under development and may take a couple of months to be fully functional.
5. Payout Approval:
   • The decision regarding the validity of payouts for specific referrals is at the discretion of the management.
   • Payouts may be processed after a month or beyond, depending on management decisions.
6. Referral Engagement:
   • Referrers should only use the contact information (number/email) of individuals who have given explicit consent to receive referral messages.
   • Spamming activities or adding contacts for referral without their consent may result in account removal and forfeiture of payments.
7. Account Security:
   • Any suspicious activity detected on an account may lead to its disabling.
8. Payout Amounts:
   • The payout amount per referral or registration is subject to change without prior notice.

By participating in our referral program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The management retains the right to make final decisions on all matters related to the referral program.
